A creative partnership with the Leyds Street Congregational Church in Arcadia made this safe sapce for women available for women and children. The church made a portion of their church site available and with it Yeast City Housing created 11 self contained units and 10 communal units, as well as a community hall, and a safe secure homes for many vulnerable families. An indigenous tree in the courtyard speaks of life, and the courtyard emphasizes communal belonging in the centre, a place called home.
