This mixed use, mixed income community centre has 16 separate housing units for families, as well as housing for 24 women at risk. The centre also includes offices, social services and a chapel. It was built as part of a broader vision to develop a multipurpose inner city community centre on the site that was bought in 2000, and is a hive of activity seven days a week. It is a head office to both Yeast City Housing and Tshwane Leadership Foundation. It was the first medium density residential development in the center part of the city in 20 years.
